The 2009 clearance Air Charcoal Composite hockey stick has advanced material technologies.
Mercian have utilised the understood strengths of a fibreglass skeleton, with Carbon, Kevlar and Basalt overlays to create a high specification composite hockey stick with good performance levels and durability. The strength of the materials and the specific placement of materials, similar to the process used in the manufacture of racing car bodies enables Mercian to offer the Air hockey stick in Superlight as well as Light and Medium weights.
The CB5 shaft shape of the hockey stick offers great stick turnover whilst the 25mm bend also enhances drag flicking.
The new Air charcoal hockey stick comes in both 36.5" & 37.5" and in Superlight, Light & Medium weights.
